At BRANDT, we believe that sustainable growth is built with people. That is why we are starting 2026 on a strong note, adding three highly experienced and visionary professionals to our international team. Our mission: to continue bringing our innovative agricultural solutions to more farmers around the world, with a particular focus on Europe, the Middle East and North Africa.

Guilherme Rodrigues: commercial leadership for a key region

Guilherme de Oliveira Rodrigues joins BRANDT as the new Sales Director for the EMENA region. With over a decade of experience in plant physiology and nutrition, Guilherme has travelled throughout the agricultural sector from Brazil to Spain, passing through Africa and the Middle East.

From his early days at Stoller to his role in expanding biological solutions at Corteva, he has always been close to farmers, helping to improve the productivity and sustainability of their crops. At BRANDT, he will lead the commercial strategy in a region that is as diverse as it is strategic, with the aim of continuing to grow profitably, efficiently and with a real agronomic impact.

Rui Rodrigues: efficiency and strategic vision

Another key addition is Rui Rodrigues, who takes on the role of Business Performance Manager. His experience as a consultant at Roland Berger, working in more than 15 countries and multiple sectors, gives him a global and strategic perspective to help us improve processes, implement new management tools and strengthen our international operations.

His arrival reinforces BRANDT's commitment to operational excellence: we want to grow, yes, but we want to do so intelligently, agilely and with a focus on farmers.

Marcos Loman: from technical knowledge to global strategy

Marcos Loman was already part of the BRANDT team, and now he is taking on a new challenge as International Agronomy Manager. With a PhD in Agronomy and Crop Science, he has worked extensively in the US and Brazil developing technical recommendations, application schedules and strategies to maximise the return on our products.

Now, Marcos will put that knowledge to work in the more than 80 countries where BRANDT operates, helping our teams and distributors to transfer technology in a practical and cost-effective way.

What does this mean for BRANDT customers?

It means that we continue to invest in people who add value. That we are building a global team with technical expertise, commercial vision and a passion for agriculture. We want to be closer to you, whether you are a farmer, distributor or partner, understanding your challenges and providing concrete solutions.

2026 will be an important year for BRANDT. And it will be so because we continue to focus on talent, innovation and commitment. Will you join us?
