With his first participation as an exhibitor, BRANDT has returned from the fifth edition of InfoAgro Exhibition with a recognition that consolidates his position in the market: the Plant Nutrition Award. The award underscores the innovative capacity of the firm, which specializes in developing solutions that improve crop efficiency and favor an increasingly sustainable agriculture.

The fair, held at the Aguadulce Congress Hall (Almería) and considered one of the largest meeting points for intensive horticulture in southern Europe, brought together more than 600 companies and nearly 49,000 professional visitors this year. In this highly competitive context, BRANDT’s value proposition stood out not only for the breadth of its catalogue, but also for the results that its technologies are bringing to the field.

“This award is an impetus to continue research and to stay very close to the farmer, listening to their daily challenges and transforming them into profitable and sustainable solutions,” said Manuel González, Managing Director of BRANDT Europe. Gonzalez recalled the company’s trajectory —72 years at a global level and only nine in the Spanish market- and highlighted “the speed with which our formulations have become an indispensable reference for producers.”

Technologies that make a difference

During the three days of exposure, BRANDT’s technical team presented recent tests carried out with its state-of-the-art formulations: BRANDT InVigo, BRANDT Reaction, BRANDT Manni‑Plex, BRANDT Bio‑Master and BRANDT Smart Cu. These lines are designed to optimize nutrient absorption, improve photosynthetic efficiency and strengthen tolerance of crops against abiotic stress, all with sustainability as a transversal axis.

  • BRANDT InVigo promotes metabolic activity and accelerates plant recovery after stressful situations.
  • BRANDT Reaction improves the bioavailability of key elements in critical stages of development.
  • BRANDT Manni‑Plex uses alcohol sugar complexes to maximize micronutrient mobility.
  • BRANDT Bio‑Master enhances the microbial activity of the soil and favours more robust roots.
  • BRANDT Smart Cu, on the other hand, offers highly effective copper with lower doses, reducing the environmental footprint.

The farmers and advisors who visited the stand were able to know the field results that support each product, with verified increases in yield and commercial quality, as well as reductions in losses in situations of hydric or saline stress. This scientific evidence was key for the InfoAgro jury to rate BRANDT’s proposal as the strongest in the field of plant nutrition.

A stand with a seal of excellence… and with the Patrulla Águila

The passage of BRANDT through InfoAgro 2025 also had the special visit of several members of the Patrulla Águila, an aerobatic flight team that the company sponsors on its 40th anniversary. The presence of the pilots attracted the attention of numerous visitors and symbolized, in Gonzalez’s words, “the precision, discipline and spirit of improvement that both institutions share.”

InfoAgro 2025: figures that speak

The organization closed the edition with record figures: 20% more display area and a 15% growth in attendance compared to 2023. These figures confirm the good times in the fruit and vegetable sector and the need for innovative tools to accompany the demand for healthy food produced with sustainability criteria.

Beyond the award

For BRANDT, the award is an added motivation in its R&D+i strategy. Each year, the company allocates a high percentage of its turnover to applied research and collaborates with universities and experimental centres of reference. All this with a clear objective: to offer farmers plant nutrition technologies that allow them to produce more, better and with fewer inputs.

In the coming months, the company plans to expand its portfolio with new advanced plant nutrition solutions and state-of-the-art micronutrients, reinforcing its position as a trusted partner for producers and distributors. Meanwhile, the recognition of InfoAgro 2025 stands as a testament to continuous work and a business philosophy that puts innovation at the service of the field.
